Ming-Chao Huang, the Commissioner of Kaohsiung City Police Department, visited ISU on February 22, 2021, with the Director of the Renwu Precinct and more than ten senior policemen. During the visit, Commissioner Huang, President Chen, and a few administrative heads exchanged their experience in campus security, promoted the 110 Video Call app, and proposed specific measures for police-citizen collaboration and patrol, in the hopes that a safer campus can be built.
