Sophomore students of the Department of Hospitality Management are required to run a one-day restaurant at ISU to gain hands-on experience. The first restaurant “Bem-Vindo” served several localized Portuguese cuisines on November 14, 2018, and successfully grabbed faculty members and students’ attention.

Many localized Portuguese cuisines were served at “Bem-Vindo.”
