Professor Hsiang-Chen Hsu of the Department of Industrial Management received the Sidney J. Stein International Award from the iMAPS (International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society) this year. This is the second time that a Taiwanese citizen received this outstanding award after Dr. Shen-Li Fu, the former President and professor of ISU, was honored with the same award in 2004. It is obvious that the contributions to microelectronics made by ISU has been internationally recognized.
