Yu-Ning Tang, an alumnus of ISU, knows a thing or two about cooking because he has been assisting his elders in catering roadside banquets since he was a child. One year ago, he was hired by an international hospitality group as a product development chef in Singapore and had an opportunity to cater Taiwanese cuisines in a state banquet hosted by the Prime Minister of Singapore. He was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons this year due to his excellent performance.
Yu-Ning Tang, graduated from the master’s degree program of the College of Management, marketed Taiwanese cuisines to the world and was selected as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons.
