ISU has recruited more than two thousand international students and built a collaborative relationship with 539 universities and college in more than 50 countries so as to send domestic students overseas to broaden their horizons. In addition, ISU’s College of Medicine not only trains healthcare professionals but also recruits state-financed students from next year to extend the talent pool in southern Taiwan with its substantial resources.
