Mei-Shih Ho, a fresh Malaysian graduate from the Department of Hospitality Management under the College of Tourism and Hospitality, took part in the exchange program in Guangzhou, China, when she was a freshman. In her junior year, she learned how to be a chef and an owner of a restaurant in the course “Operation Management” and even won a gold award at a creative Taiwanese souvenir competition. The four-year study at ISU is an amazing journey for her.
ISU provides students with considerable industry-university collaborative opportunities by pooling resources from E United Group, and Ho (right) is one of the beneficiaries.
