ISU has carried out the Digital Tutoring Program for almost ten years. Every semester, ISU invites 80 to 200 students from different colleges and departments to serve as tutors and give online lectures to children living in remote areas. Assistant professor Wuu-Nan Uen was awarded the Caring and Dedicated Teacher Award in 2018.
