ISU held a graduation ceremony on June 12, 2020, and streamed it live around the globe. In addition to this university-level graduation ceremony, there were other 45 graduation ceremonies at different scales held by individual colleges and departments. President Chen encouraged graduates to distinguish themselves and keep a positive attitude towards every frustration and challenge in their lives.
