The Department of Finance held a keynote speech on October 22, 2018. The speech was hosted by Mr. Jet Yang, the founder and editor of Knowing and Bitnance, and delivered by Yan-Li Lu, a senior media person excelling in finance. In addition, Ms. Chia-Jung Hsu, the manager of Digital Finance of Taishin Bank, shared her insights into international finance trends with faculty members and students.
