ISU’s varsity basketball team set a new record by winning the runner-up at the UBA tournament this year. In addition, after years and years effort, ISU was finally approved by the Ministry of Education to establish its School of Medicine. The new School of Medicine will recruit 30 state-funded students in Academic Year 2019, and ISU also becomes one of the four comprehensive universities in Taiwan offering sound and complete medical education.

ISU successfully established the School of Medicine and plans to recruit state-funded students this summer.
