Water resources are not limitless, and how to preserve them is a pending issue. The 4th International Conference on Water Resource and Environment kicked off on July 18, 2018, at ISU. Some 250 experts and scholars from 30 countries and regions were invited to take part in the conference, discussing new strategies for water resource preservation. President Chen, Dean Ku of the College of Science and Engineering, and many faculty members also showed up at the conference.
